Eleanor founded Hein Capital Ventures in 2006 following 14 years at KKR and Goldman Sachs. She leads firm strategy and oversees the technology and healthcare portfolios, having led over 30 transactions totaling $8B in enterprise value.
Marcus brings 20 years of operating experience as a former Fortune 500 COO. He leads the firm's value creation practice, embedding directly in portfolio companies to drive operational transformation and sustainable margin improvement.
Sofia leads deal origination and execution across the financial services and business services verticals. Prior to joining HCV, she was a Managing Director at Carlyle Group, where she sourced and executed over $3.5B in transactions.
